You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in the heart of Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, a favorite district of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also next door.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Decent but not great

We stayed here on a family vacation and it's much smaller and far more worn than in the photos. The bedrooms are tiny but were okay for what we needed. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night but walking a few blocks away, we got to a cute bustling area so I guess you could say it's nice neighborhood adjacent. It was fine but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great apartment in a walkable location

I spent a little over a week at the apartment. The layout was great for the two of us. The pictures are mostly accurate, but there is a little wear and tear that should be addressed, such as missing hooks on the back of the door and just a little tired appearance in places. The bathrooms are decent and the water pressure is spectacular! 2 Bedrooms Face St. side and can be a bit noisy at night, but otherwise, the apartment suited our needs. We are only a four minute walk from a very lively area (Montorgueil) filled with restaurants, boulangeries and mainly only Parisians. It was wonderful to be in such a walkable location. And we were very close to two different metro stops, which made canvassing the city very easy. I would not hesitate staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There were 8 of us and this fit the needs. Good price and great location. Had an issue with shower door, notified the host, and handyman was there within 15 min. Great service. We would stay again

The 3 bedrooms are very nice and we enjoyed the common space. It was hot while we were there (no AC), but the fans were very helpful. The manager was on vacation while we were there so not available for questions, but we managed fine. No issues.

It was a cute house. No instructions on how to use washer/dryer. The one shower didn’t drain well and beds were hard, but overall it was good. We had an emergency after checkout and they were so kind to come back right away and let us in.

The Paris apartment worked out perfectly for our 5 night stay. Close to the metro line 4. We enjoyed looking at all the Paris fashion displayed in the windows as we walked to the apartment. The neighborhood felt safe. It was easy to access the apartment and relatively quiet. The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Marche Montorgueil, which is known for its historical covered passageways, so make sure to watch for them as you wander.

The overall house was very clean and check in was easy. Layout: The beds are against walls so one person fits easily but two is hard if someone doesn’t like facing a wall. There are two bathrooms side by side off the dining room in the center of the condo. We didn’t sleep that great here bc if someone had to use the bathroom at night it woke up the entire house bc of the location of the bathroom and its squeaky door handle. Location: During the day the location is great bc it is very close to a metro. At night we didn’t feel safe on the streets surrounding the condo. The condo itself feels very safe and secure.

Great stay and really nice location

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at this property. Three complete bedrooms and two full bathrooms made for enough space for all of us. The location was close to multiple metro stops and easy walking distance to many grocery stores, cafes and sites to see. We had great communication with the hosts. I knew that if we had any issues, they were never far away. Many bath towels and supplies were provided. The apartment was clean. Minimal noise issues. I would recommend this place.

A little to far out

Team supporting this property were great, very responsive during the booking process and answering questions very quickly. Unfortunately there was no AC and the fans just weren’t cutting it - so we left after 1 night and got a hotel for the remainder of the stay.
