Motels in Balboa Peninsula Point

'Loved our rock and roll room, loved the upstairs patio, loved the location! We will be back!!!!!'

'Run from this place. It’s very old and dirty. Smells so bad. We ended up leaving minutes after we checked in. It was horrible. The front desk/owner gave us a hard time though. He didn’t want to refund us and we were there for 15 minutes. After arguing he ended up refunding us. We left to the hotel we always stay in. This place is so dirty and old. Blankets had hairs, don’t even try it.'

'It was very convenient for the party that I attended just across the street From motel Six'

'Very Low budget accomodation but the bed was good and clean. Bathroom old, noisy people on the property but the guard took good care of us.'

'Very beat up-looking in the room. Stains on bedspread. Furniture, floor, walls, light fixtures all damaged. Would not recommend.'

'I had the honeymoon suite. I staid in my jacuzzi tub all weekend. The guy upstairs kept me up all weekend. That's not the properties fault. However nothing was done to rectify the situation.'

'I honestly wouldn’t book if I would have known this. Smelly room, no shade, noise, front desk from hell. Really, avoid this hotel!!'
