« This is one of the best locations in Long Beach! Literally steps from all of the best restaurants and shops in Belmont Shore/2nd street. The property came with everything you would need, full kitchen, nice sized bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever (I need to know what brand the mattress is!). Overall I highly recommend. The price is right and you’ll save money on ride share being in such a great location. »

« This is my second time staying at this spot, and there is a reason why I have stayed here twice! This spot is so cute and cozy and is just a short walk across the street to the beach. The place is so clean and that is so important to me. It’s also a plus that this place has a garage for a vehicle. I would definitely come back to this place! »

« It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there. »

« A work based visit for a team member and I.The location was perfect for access to OC and LA both, without a city/busy feel. Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. The secure garage was a plus and we felt very safe knowing only residents of the building had access. There was a nice gym and lobby area for the building as well. One area of opportunity would be the very loud...

« Proximity to everything was great. Front door went right to street so that was kind of hard. The floor was super dirty when we arrived. Little things need to be repaired like kitchen trash cabinet, and the bathroom shower door. No AC but there were fans
.covered in hair and dust. The cleaners showed up promptly at 9:56 so we had to hurry to get out. Nice being close but probably won’t book again. »

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de janet. Il est parfaitement aménagé et idéalement situé à mi chemin entre balboa et newport beach. La plage est à 3 minutes à pieds et nous avons apprécié le matériel de plage à notre disposition. C est un endroit calme et trÚs accueillant. L arrivée a été trÚs facile grùce aux explications claires de janet. Nous recommandons vivement. »

« Check in was easy. Kitchen was a full kitchen. Stocked well. Except for spices. Not enough tp. No box of tissues. No dish rags and only one dish towel. Not a big deal really. We bought tp. The unit has lots of storage. Bed very comfy. Really liked the outdoor area. Had a lovely breakfast out there. Used beach chairs and umbrellas.would stay here again. Would refer to friends too »
