'We are always pleased when we stay at the Briar Barn Inn. It is beautifully appointed and welcoming. The staff is courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast is wonderful and coffee is available 24/7, which is a perk I really appreciate. Everything is 5-star!'

'Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall. 'Every single detail was thoughtfully executed in our stay here. It was beautiful, elegant , yet contemporary, easy access, walkably close to town and very reasonably priced for Rockport in July. Will definitel stay here again.'

'The hotel has a very good location! It's private to have a beautifull view in the garden to the village & you can walk to the center! We really loved the breakfast in the veranda and were helped by the most sweet host Pamm. The pancakes were really amazing, as was the chef for telling us his preparation method. :-D '

'Great place close to lots of good places to eat and about two miles from the beach. Very clean and great staff. The bed was super comfy. Only disappointment was the gym is not on on site. It's a great gym but two miles away and good luck getting the ONE swipe card.'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'Looks nice on the outside but old on the inside. You can not make use of the gym. We were not told at checkin so we were there in vain. This is to outdated and to expensive. '
