'Poor customer service especially if you are Asian. Every time I will go to the Bar Bohio Barcelo Bavaro Beach, they just ignoring me as if they don’t see anybody on the line up. So many times I felt discriminated, why? Because the staff on that Bar are prioritizing Spanish and White people. I’m so thankful to the two ladies that they talked the bartender why they kept escaping me and snubbing me. Not recommended at all.'

'Great experience'

'Overall the property is beautiful especially the new side. The restaurants at the bavaro are all very avarage, the main buffet is a disaster with cold food, long cue’s. The theater has no ac so very hot and the shows start at 10 who invented that has clearly no kids. Beach not special, most people not friendly. We were glad to have unique otherwise we would have checked out earlier. The unique beachclub is only everyday the same food and long cue’s for the grill station. Every waiting for 15 to...

'Prima ontbijtbuffet. '

'We booked a deep-tissue massage at the spa and really enjoyed it. There were many other treatment options as well. Having a full-service spa on site was convenient. We spent the rest of the day at the pool. It was one of the most relaxing days of our trip.'

'Het personeel is kundig en vriendelijk. Het appartement was zials verwacht. Voldeed aan de verwachting. Goede ligging '

'We can recommend this resort! Good service and good price.'

'We found that beach towels and umbrellas were very convenient. It meant we didn't have to bring or rent as much ourselves. Beach loungers also made long beach days comfortable. Swimming pool was nice later in the afternoon. We had a pleasant stay.'

'Great property, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. It has the necessary amenities, restaurant on site (room service available), so all in all a very good hotel for a greta price. Location is also good.'

'O spa foi um dos destaques da viagem. Havia muitas opções de massagens e tratamentos. Escolhemos uma massagem com pedras quentes e depois voltamos outro dia para outro tratamento. Foi muito conveniente ter isso disponível durante a estadia. O café da manhã estava incluído. A praia ficava perto. As piscinas eram agradáveis.

'Breakfast was included. A good choice if you enjoy spending most of your vacation outside.'

'The security guy was very nice and helpful, friendly, the place is cultural and lovely, a private area, I felt very safe, the security tried helping me a lot, even gave me a lighter for my cigar, there was two cats there, I’m guessing they were the managers of the property, I loved the stay, very calm and home friendly property 10/10 I would book again when in punta Cana, and it’s near everything as well.'
