'AWESOME'

'This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.'

'Very friendly and helpful front desk. Room was great and clean. No remote for TV. Internet ok. Towels were stained. Otherwise great location, great stay, and satisfied oveall.'

'Prima voor de kamerprijs. Heeft microwave oven en koelkast op de kamer. Niet alle stopkontakten geven stroom, maar er zijn er genoeg, wel even uitproberen. Komt dicht in de buurt van het betere motel. Had één nacht last van lawaai van een groep motorrijders die om 3 uur 's nachts aankwamen.'

'No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.'

'Alles super, leider war die guest laundry außer Betrieb und konnte während des Aufenthaltes nicht benutzt werden. Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer schön, sauber und ruhig.'
