B&B in Delaware Beaches

'Disappointing stay at this small B&B. Unfortunately, there was no "welcoming smile" from the B&B owner when we arrived after a very long drive fraught with traffic jams. Instead, she immediately pushed the bill in front of us and demanded payment. What a start to a lousy stay at this cramped and uncomfortable hotel. We stayed in a room on the second floor that was quite small (we picked it due to the walk-in shower). The room was very warm and stuffy (outside temps were in the 60s), so we used...

'The place was quiet and clean. Needs better pillows. We were in the area for a family reunion so didn’t relax at the place but it has lovely gardens, and I’ll bet breakfast would have been good. I also find pedestal sinks have no room for a comb, brush, makeup etc… and outlets were a bit scarce. That’s just me. The people were very nice.'

'This was a last minute trip planned to Cape May. The Staff took great care of us even when we arrived before the Expedia reservation was sent to hotel. John took extremely good care to get us checked in properly. Additionally; his breakfasts prepared each morning gave us energy for the day. Highly recommend.'

'We’re so happy we found this place! We loved the peaceful drive through the cornfields, the atmosphere. The house was clean, super spacious and open. Very charming, can’t say enough good things. At 8 months pregnant, I will admit that I became attached to the big bath tub after a long day. Mark also helped us out by letting us switch our reserved dates due to a family emergency, and I can’t thank him enough for that. We appreciate everything! '
