'Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

'The hotel was excellent only surpassed by the wonderful staff form all parts of the hotel. What lovely people who make the experience a truly pleasurable and memorable trip.'

'Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them...

'The service was amazing and the hotel is beautiful'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad met vriendelijke mensen en super service!'

'The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault.'

'This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

'Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

'Did not like the beach weeds we’re really bad ocean water looked like a cess pool ,Never went in the ocean, On a plus side staff was amazing kind and considerate'

'Prachtig hotel, goede service en heerlijke kamers!'

'The staff was super helpful and the service was great! We went during the off season, and it was so nice having lots of space to enjoy. It's also close to cenotes, and the staff made it easy to figure out transportation. I definitely recommend this place!'

'This was an amazing place to stay! I came with three friends, and the room we booked was perfect for us, especially the small private pool on the terrace, which we loved. The hotel also has a small restaurant with delicious food. I ordered the pasta and it was so, so good. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I'd love to come back!'

'My solo trip to Libelula was incredible to say the least. With tons of beautiful views, located directly on the beach with astounding rooms that capture the essence of a space of relaxation. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff for making this trip one for the books. I 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Tulum!'

'Wauw, wat een waanzinnige plek is dit! Mooi verblijf, gastvriendelijke mensen en het restaurant is fantastisch! '

'Prachtig resort met klein zwembad. Huisjes zijn van riet en super mooi. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij waren niet in het hoogseizoen waardoor er geen keuken open was voor drankjes, lunch en diner, wel prima ontbijt. In de buurt is voldoende te eten en winkelen. Neem een kamer met airco. De kamers bovenin hebben geen airco en zijn niet te doen bij warmte. Parkeren kan op het terrein of voor de deur.'
