« The property was in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Close to everything you need but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was a really nice bonus too. Four of us were very comfortable staying splitting the bedrooms and the pull out couch. »

« This is an exceptional Provincetown rental. The location could not be more ideal, being just over a block to the Boatslip and a quick peddle to the beach. Leigh has done an amazing job of making this a very comfortable and well-appointed rental. The fixtures, bedding, and kitchen appliances are all new, clean, and beautiful. « Well appointed studio apartment, everything you need for a quiet beach retreat. There is both a back and front sitting space which is nice for morning/afternoon respectively. The beach across the street is quite small and we almost skipped it but decided to check it out. while we were there a pod of dolphins showed up, amazing!One small improvement might be a larger couch, we didn’t have any rainy days which was beyond expectations, but if a movie night were in order it would be nice to have...

« This property has so much to offer. It is extremely clean and very up to date. The furnishings were comfortable and contemporary. So much more than you would expect. It is in the middle of a quiet street but walk just 50 feet and you are part of the culture of Commercial St. So close to restaurants, clubs and shopping. You can walk most everywhere. A real bonus was an assigned free parking space. We hope to be able to stay here next summer. Communications with the owner, Rob were easy too....

« Studio apartment with more than enough space to relax after a long day outside enjoying the cape. The location is the best part - across the street from a private beach, and about 10 minutes from Provincetown, Golfing and a handful of lighthouses. If you want to spend your time exploring Cape Cod, this is the perfect place to spend the night. »

Alan's place was located at the best location possible, really clean, and much more cosy than any hotel room I rented this year.
