'This hotel posts quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, but I was woken up at 3:18 AM by noise from the next room. First came loud TV audio, followed by doors slamming, objects dropping, and an alarm going off twice, etc. After an hour of this, I called the front desk. The woman who answered was impatient and told me that this time of night is when many guests head to the airport. I said I understood that, but suggested they could at least politely remind guests to keep the noise down. If your flight...

'We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids are constantly fed ads for the big indoor waterparks (Great Wolf, etc) but we didn't want to pay the rates they're asking. This place has a great pool with a big water slide. The pool is good for families - 3'6" at it's deepest, with a hot tub that's for adults only. Everything was clean, towels were abundant even during the busiest time at the pool, and breakfast was good. Very relaxing extended weekend. '

'Karen at the desk was exceptional, the cleaning lady was very friendly. The room was spotless, as were the bedding and bathroom. We had their breakfast in the dining room and it was spotless. There were a nice variety of foods to choose from. '
