'Clean comfortable room close to the airport. One downside-Hallways were loud and noisy all night with guests talking and walking up and down. Free breakfast was an added bonus with a nice variety of hot and cold options. The complimentary shuttle was appreciated and allowed us to easily arrive at the airport for our flight. '

'Arrived late at night with our tree kids. Front desk guy said he could not find our reservation which we made and prepaid on Expedia. Made us wait while he checked In other guests. Then said he could not accept the reservation confirmation on my phone and that the Expedia confirmation number meant nothing to him. At this point my husband called Expedia on his cell phone and discovered that the reservation was indeed valid and under his name not mine. Front desk guy then revealed that he had this...
