'The room was not very clean, the bathroom was dirty, and the pool area is not very clean either'

It was so unnecessarily complicated, that I had to go to the front desk for help, the woman was sweet & helpful, but I still couldn't get the darned thing to get any of the sports channels listed. So, other than that, everyone & everything was all one could expect, & then some! :-)'
