« Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. »

« What a great place! My family and I had to make a last minute, unexpected trip to Warren and we found this gem. It’s located in the heart of town, close to everything. « The place was amazing. I live about 6 miles away from the rental property, and never knew about it. When friends come in town. This will be our to go place. So peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The communication I had was with Tammy. Could not be more satisfied. Her replies were sincere and funny at the same time. I felt like I asked a lot of questions, but Tammy was quick to reply and always polite. The only problem I had , I didn't get a chance to say there. HaHa. It was a ladies weekend...

« Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value. »
