'Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving...

'The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone attending for a sporting event or concert.
