'Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The onsite EV chargers were conveniently located and accessible. At one point, we needed to charge our vehicle but both charging stations were in use. One of the vehicles was fully charged and when informed of this front desk staff contacted that guest about the issue and happily they almost immediately responded by disconnecting the charger and moving their car to open the charging space. I consider that willingness to assist a striking example of first...

'Room was ok carpets were stained (blood even) - bedding and linens have to be 20+ years old - just replace and add some fresh paint - replace carpet with some flooring !'

'Prices seemed inflated for the area. Definitely not worth $250 per night cost. Reason checking prices in other hotels in area lower priced with what appeared same amenities. The breakfast was typical for a included breakfast nothing out of the ordinary compared to other hotels. Breakfast staff where great. Front desk great. If you go try their own brand of cookies. Very good'

'Great fast WiFi. Was recently renovated, as it looked updated. Bed was too small for two occupants (smaller than queensize). Though breakfast is included, it's room is too small for the rush hours, so there was no place (and choice of items was a bit on the small side). If you are on your own, and just want a bed with a shower. A good place to stay.'

'Everything was excellent. Friendly and polite staff, room was clean and big. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was great giving you plenty of choices. We didn’t use the pool.'

'I’ve stayed here before. This time on 3rd floor the traffic was louder than when I was on 2nd floor. Oyster Bay is sweet and convenient to the highway. I like the feeling of an older property that is still cared for, family owned.'
