Vriendelijk personeel. Weinig variatie in ontbijtbuffet. Ligging dicht bij strand. Loopafstand winkelstraat. Geen gebruik hoeven te maken van shuttlebus naar winkelcentrum. Entree aan smalle doodlopende zijstraat rommelig door alle bestemmingsverkeer dat ook nog moet keren. Rooftop zwembad is heerlijk, jammer dat het uitzicht door enkel lelijk daken van hotel beetje verpest wordt.

Hadden een executive suite met jacuzzi geboekt. Kamer is groot en mooi, maar de schoonmaak kan veel beter. Jacuzzi wordt gewoon niet schoongemaakt en is eigenlijk smerig. Verder is warm water in de douche beperkt, lampje bij de ingang van de kamer kapot en het ontbijt is niet lekker. Zuivelproducten worden bijvoorbeeld niet gekoeld bewaard. Houd er rekening mee dat als je een handdoek even naar het strand wil meenemen en de schoonmaker vind de handdoek niet terug in de kamer, je een rekening mag verwachten van de handdoek. Het hotel telt namelijk elk item in de kamer en bij vermissing worden de kosten op je verhaald.

Had a great room with pool access on the ground floor which was perfect for the heat. The room was great but the only thing letting the hotel down was the breakfast.

The resort is within walking distance to the beach. It is nice and clean. The food is excellent! Great one-man band music every night! The staff speaks English and very helpful! I would recommend it.

I had a great time at the charm resort it was close to everything. It was about ten minutes walk to patong beach and the beach was also right cross the street. They staff was very friendly and hands on. The only Thing I didn't like that people was throwing food off the balcony, which brought a lot of bugs by our pool deck. The breakfast was ok but the serve the same thing everyday. Also the egg station the egg was not cook well. But overall my stay was ok

Loved this hotel! We had the pool access room which was definitely worth paying extra for. The actual hotel pool is also fabulous with a lovely view. Staff were very friendly and it’s a great location if you are staying in patong (right by the beach, close to restaurants/bars but also quiet)

Helt greit familiehotell
Hotellet oppleves bra. Det er små detaljer som gjør at man merker at hotellet mangler litt vedlikehold. Så lenge man ikke er veldig nøye på slikt, så får man et fint opphold. Frokosten er ok, og maten på hotellet er ok, men langt fra en opplevelse. Stille område, og greit å gå til stranden. Litt klønete med trafikken om man er avhengig av taxi. Ca 20 min rolig gange langs stranda til "sentrum".

Convenient location, across a main road to the beach. Very expensive accommodation. Glass panels cracked on balconies. After first 2 nights I got a bar bill pushed through the door. They had my credit card details and I said it would be settled on check out. The maids emptied the jacuzzi daily which was annoying as it took an hour to fill up. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

The evening staff was rude and needed retraining. There was a misunderstanding from Expedia and the hotel side and instead of figuring out the next day and check us in (we arrived at 12am but was forced to wait outside and wasn't able to check in until nearly 2am). We had to talk to Expedia for the issue to moved forward. We were really upset and unhappy. Unfortunately we couldn't get the refund and ended up staying. The service for the rest of the stay was not too bad but that first night left a huge bad impression.

Superbad rooms ! And really bad cleaning! They charge you for a 4 star room but you get a 2 star room .

Fabulous resort, really loved the pool access room. Staff are wonderful. Only gripe is regarding breakfast, not the best, especially for the price we paid to stay there. Example, scrambled eggs either run out or dry and look terrible. Some fruit not ripe. Very thin bread. Not enough variety each day.
