The Space:

Recently refreshed in January 2026, the apartment combines modern luxury with classic Parisian charm. The bright drawing room features a large comfortable sofa, premium leather armchairs, and a dining area ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Solid oak parquet floors and double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:

Three quiet and spacious double bedrooms with 5-star hotel standard beds for a good night's sleep:

Bedroom 1: King Bed. A third single bed is set up for parties of 9.

Bedroom 2: King Bed

Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds (can be configured as a King).

Salon: High-quality 160 cm sofa bed designed for everyday use, offering the comfort of a real bed with no need to remove cushions.



Kitchen & Bathrooms:

Prepare meals in the brand-new, fully-equipped modern kitchen (installed Jan 2026), complete with solid walnut countertops, a dishwasher, washer/dryer. All kitchen appliances were replaced in Jan 2026.

Bathroom 1: A full bathroom with a large tub, shower unit, and WC.

Bathroom 2:Shower room with walk-in Italian shower and WC.



Guest Access:

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an elegant and well-maintained 19th-century Haussmannian building, complete with an elevator. For your peace of mind, both the building and the apartment are fitted with high-grade, multi-lock security doors with coded entry and interphone access.



The Neighborhood:

Outstanding location in the heart of Paris’ historic Marais.

The street is very quiet and set in one of the most sought-after parts of the Marais. Place des Vosges, the Musée Picasso, art galleries, and many other highlights are all within easy walking distance. Excellent restaurants, cafés, and food and clothing shops are right on your doorstep.
