The home was freezing, the HVAC unit was not working downstairs, it has not been working, because they had individual space heaters that were placed everywhere, these all leaked water and ended up causing several of our group to slip and fall causing injuries, and emotional trauma/ anxiety/ financial losses. They only gave us one key, which we asked for more within hours of entering the house. We were ignored by Belvilla, and check my guest their management team. They did not assume responsibility and tried to blame each other. Belvilla claimed to have reached out multiple times to fix or address issues, but this is also untrue. I have emails, phone logs, that show the total lack of response, accountability, concern for injured guests, just the most unprofessional management of a property or guest that I am amazed and horrified that Vrbo would brand themselves with.The lack of concern for our injured is at least litigious. Which we are exploring right now.The house had a mechanical system that ran constantly that was beyond livable, no one slept at night as we rotated guest to share the burden of that room. Vrbo app did not work the entire time. I could not contact Vrbo, the host, and Belvilla could and did not relay a phone number for VRBo crisis team which we requested constantly through emails that were denied and said they did not have the ability.I am at a loss for words, and am seeking legal and emotional assistance from this ordeal.
