'I recently stayed at Brookhurst Plaza Inn and had a very positive experience overall. The location was excellent, with easy access to both Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, making it a convenient choice for our trip. 'Last minute booking and the staff was able to grant our request for a downstairs room . We got lucky that the pool is right across the way . My grandsons has an amazing time , the only downside was the room didn’t have a table and chairs but otherwise we had a wonderful time!'

'We have stayed here before because it is in a good location, feels safe, clean, budget friendly and suits our needs for our visit. This recent stay was a little different experience (2.5-3 stars). Blow dryer didn’t work and water was turned off intermittently our last night (3 night stay). We were able to get a blow dryer from the front desk, but it was an inconvenience especially after a travel day. Water was back on next morning but had to leave early for the airport without a shower. '

'I found two cockroaches in the room; we booked for four people, but they only provided three towels, claiming it was hotel policy. The blankets didn't look like they had been washed, and the guest in the room above was making noise constantly, including in the middle of the night.'
