Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I recently stayed at this hotel, which was advertised as recently remodeled. However, upon checking into our room, it felt run down and not quite up to the expectations set by the renovation. The room didn’t seem to reflect the fresh look promised by the hotel’s updates.
While the hotel has some positive aspects, like its walkable distance to Knott's Berry Farm, and the nice pool and hot tub, there were a few areas where it could definitely improve. For instance, a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice touch, and something as simple as offering ice water in the lobby would have been appreciated. These small amenities make a big difference for guests.
One major downside was the charge for parking. It feels a bit excessive to pay extra for parking, especially when you're already paying for the room. This left a bad impression on what could have been a more enjoyable stay.
Overall, while the location is great and the hotel has potential, there are several areas where they could enhance the guest experience, especially considering the price.
