« great spot been coming to for years! however this is the first year they have charged for parking ...and now charging for early/late check in ...it was nice while it lasted but I won't be going back now »

« Outdated. Pool and hot tub are clean and great though. First room was dirty had to request room on second floor. There’s like a marsh right behind motel so the first floor room felt very humid and sticky. Wouldn’t pay more than $100 a night. AC worked fine. Took a while for hot water to come on. Water pressure was good. »

« If you look for a motel close to the beach, the Crystal Sands Motel is OK. But you have to know that the size of the room is small. It was clean but a refreshment of the furniture would be welcomed. Also, the size of the parking cannot satisfy all the travellers, so we had to park our car in another parking lot, one block away so we feel less secured. And each parking space of the motel is quite narrow. »

« I did not like anything. I had too go next door to sign in. I guess there was no staff at the Empress. The room smelled awefull. I had to go buy Lysol for the smell and the whole room smelled this way. I would never go back and stay there »
