tops;
Personeel heel vriendelijk

'Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.'

'The property itself is really nice and they offer pick up/drop off from Gora station. Breakfast was good. There isn’t a lot around this hotel so it seems best for those planning to stay at the hotel for meals/amenities/etc. They offer scheduled drop offs at Odawara train station but it’s only convenient for those going back to Tokyo (we were headed to Kyoto and had to take the city bus instead).'

'The car park is a few minutes walk away from our villa which made us feel chaotic moving our baggages to the villa in heavy rain. We understood the parking lots just outside our villa were dedicated for other 3 rooms and we were not allowed to use, but it ended up only 1 out of those 3 were rented that night. It would be much appreciated if the host could give some flexibility on the parking especially on bad weather.
Overall the villa is well equipped and good place for a group of family and...

'Very clean and modern, in a great location for the Hakone loop. The beds are VERY uncomfortable- both the futons and the single beds which are soooo noisy it’s impossible to sleep because every time you breathe they creak. Apart from the very poor sleep, this place had everything you needed with a well stocked kitchen and nice bathroom.'
