'Had the same room as last time and as usual it was imacculate. The food again was excellent, but what makes it for us is most definatly the staff, from the hotel manager to the waiting staff from the bar staff to the housekeeping team, the front of house, the chefs every single one of the staff is friendly, polite and just make the place feel so homely another excellent stay. '

'Nice room (39) comfy bed, old-fashioned but beautiful armoire and dressing table. Coal effect fire, but central heating was excellent so didn't need it. Fitted bathroom with underfloor heating was really cosy. Really clean. Good breakfast and bar food was excellent . Highly recommended '

'The hotel was beautiful and all the wonderful festive decorations made it feel very special. Bar staff were wonderful. I loved sipping my gin by the warm crackling fire place. The breakfast room was wonderful with lovely views of the snowy mountain tops. Great selection available for breakfast. My Eggs Royal were lovely, thank you for our amazing stay! 'Lovely rooms, clean. Super king size bed. Shower and separate bath. Staff very nice and helpful. Spar and facilities were fantastic. Easy walking distance to village. Food was also very nice.'
