'We had to check in late and the hotel was very nice letting us know that we could check in at any time. We parked our car in the dark under a tree and the sap got all over our car. When we checked out we asked the person at the desk, Paul if he knew about this situation (the sappy tree hanging over the parking spaces) and he said he had never received this complaint and that we should call the manager the next day. Also, the sheets on one of our beds had stains on it which grossed me out.'

'I love the location and very clean environment. The staff were are friendly and very we welcoming. I’ll definitely book again if ever in the area.'

'The room is clean, staff is well trained, counties, very helpful, and the gym room /pool are clean. Folsom old town is just four stops on the metro train. Love it! We stayed there many times prier to this, and always want to go back. Great place for vacation.'

'Clean room, our room window faced the street not noisy, bottom floor not noisy either. Breakfast was really busy at 9am. If they run out just inform the kitchen lady. She was nice. We only stayed one night so we didn’t use none of the other activities they have.'
