We had a group of 8 golfers and we were looking for somewhere near Auburn for a golf tournament and extra rounds that had good reviews and wasn’t ridiculously priced and this place was great. Rooms were renovated, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cute retro feel. 'IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. '
