'The attached little apartment was a perfect stay for my husband. The in unit washing machine and dryer is super convenient if you’re staying for a while. He stayed almost a month. The apartment was clean and in a safe area, he also enjoyed visits from the wild turkeys. The host was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating for us. He would definitely stay here again! '

'Rooms were filthy. First room the ac didnt work , the entire room looked horrible. Front desk was nice and gave us a different room with a working ac. But tv didnt work, all the walls were filthy with splatters, dirty bedding, shower was yellow AND brown all over. The living room couch/pull out had huge stains , floors were cracked and very visibly dirty. Overall a terrible hotel. Many years past due on basic updates..'

'What a wonderful experience, the Jaz itself is about as nice as a houseboat can get, and Sandra was an amazing host, she even decorated the place for our anniversary as a surprise. This is the type of rental that gives Air b&b/vrbo a good name. '
