'The Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor and unreliable. I had to go to McDonald’s just to get stable Wi-Fi access. In addition, the front desk is often unattended. Several times, I noticed guests waiting for assistance with no staff available at the desk. I hope management can address both the Wi-Fi service and front desk staffing, as these issues significantly affect the overall guest experience.'

'This place was a mixed bag - at least for me. Check in was fast and easy and the person at the counter was really friendly and efficient. However, when I got into the elevator to go to the third floor, the elevator did not move. After several times pushing "floor #3" I decided to push "floor #2". The hotel is centrally located, which makes it convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Complimentary hotel parking make the stay even more convenient.
