The house is gorgeous and even though there wasn’t propane when we first arrived for the grill, the owner had it there right away and compensated us for any inconvenience. « It’s a nice, small venue a very short drive to Palo Duro Canyon. My wife and I stayed with our 14 year old granddaughter who slept on the fold out couch bed. Owner put up with several calls that were related to the gate codes and door locking. Those could be communicated to renters more clearly. The location is very scenic and peaceful. We sat on the patio to watch the Aoudads graze. It is a very comfortable place for 2 adults and two young kids. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill arrangement and...

« Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds...
