'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'there was a false fire alarm. the only thing I would suggest is to train the staff if that happens again, someone from the hotel should inform the patrons who responded to the fire alarm and went outside when it is okay to return to their room. No one from the hotel informed us it was okay to return to our room. every one just went back on their own. there were people staying in the hotel who lost everything in the bishop hills fire and were standing outside the hotel with their 5 children 8,...
