« OK for the price paid, but stay started off on a bad foot. Hotel does not have an elevator and I have problems with stairs. Our room (two queen beds) would have been on the second floor. Only a room with a King sized bed was available on the first floor. When we got to the room, cleaning was in progress and there must have been a problem, because the room had an odor of a strong air spray that was still there in the morning.

« The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what?
