E804 Balcony overlooks the beach! 3 Pools

E804 is a two bedroom large condo that will accommodate six guests with a spacious 1289sq. feet of living space. This condo is fully furnished, and renovated.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, and sliding glass doors from floor to ceiling that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat four guests, along with a bar that will seat four. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, and granite counter tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

There is a washer/dryer, and the unit has tile throughout. The balcony has eight chairs, one small table and one large table. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the west as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water. This unit requires a week minimum booking Saturday to Saturday only.
