'Perfect location! I stayed at the Executive Downtown Suite and the 2BR Apartment. A bit outdated, yet well maintained and very clean. Staff was very professional and hospitable. Looking forward to coming back. '
'Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

'La situation est centrale. Vue sur les Fontaines et le burj kalifa. À 2 min à pied d’une entree du Dubai mail. Beaucoup de restaurant autour. Appartement était très propre et nous avions tout ce que nous avions besoin. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont fournies directement a la piscine. Je recommende cet appartement.'

'The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel.
The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence.
I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less.
I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent.

"Appartement zeer ruim en heerlijk zwembad. Medewerkers van de receptie en dan met name Rutendo zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Rutendo heeft ons enorm geholpen aangezien wij per ongeluk een koffer hadden laten staan en zij ontzettend veel moeite heeft gedaan om ons te helpen met de verzending naar ons toe. Niks was teveel gevraagd en alles ging met een glimlach. Zulke medewerkers kom je zelden tegen. We hadden ons geen betere service kunnen wensen! Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!"
