« On a apprécié la vue spectaculaire sur le Burj Khalifa depuis la chambre spacieuse décorée avec élégance et sobriété et le tout chapeauté par une équipe extraordinaire, attentionnée et chaleureuse, plus particulièrement Alaa au club, le majordome ainsi que le monsieur lors du check-in dont je ne connais pas le nom. Merci pour toutes vos attentions et votre disponibilité qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment exceptionnel! »

« The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel. The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence. I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less. I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent. »

« It’s an Air b&b style apartment. No housekeeping service after checked in, no toiletries refills. You have to clean your apartment yourself daily. It was not mentioned anywhere. Pool is very narrow. Only the location and view is amazing. »

« L’appartamento è vecchio e mal tenuto..ante armadi tenute insieme per miracolo, sporco e vecchio. Il vero problema è che sono truffatori. Appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto 250 euro di deposito..nelle condizioni c’era solo scritto 100 diram come visibile da screen shot. Alla fine mi hanno dato indietro 100 euro e i ladri si sono tenuti 150 euro per pulizia, tenete conto che io come da policy avevo persino raccolto in un grande sacchetto tutta l’immondizia prodotta. « I was exited to check into my hotel upon arriving in Dubai, however navigating to the hotel proved impossible as the advertised name and address were non-existent and completely inaccurate. This led to a frustrating two-hour ordeal trying to locate the hotel, as neither taxi drivers nor locals recognized the name or address leaving me stranded for over two hours in the heat. Upon finally arriving, the experience didn't improve. The hosts were unwelcoming, rude and displayed poor communication...
