'to answer Expedia's questions. What I like about my stay at Star Inn Motel; its close to freeways, highways and right in the middel of the area I need to be. Great rooms, comfy beds every things is clean. They keep upgrading the place. Super staff! What I dont like at staying at Star Inn Motel....nothing really. It is absolutely great. '

'Rooms were clean. Hotel is large. Parking was limited'

'I noticed hallways had quite a bit of debris and should be vacuumed more often'

'This is a no-frills, basic motel run by a family that lives on site. The owner is very responsive to any requests for extra towels, key problems, etc. It’s right next door to a full-size grocery store. It’s freeway close to all sorts of great Orange County spots. I recommend staying at this reasonably-priced place so you can spend more of your vacation $ on adventures, shopping, and dining out rather than on an expensive posh hotel. 'The property appeared to be well maintained. However, when my wife attempted to check in, she was denied service. When she asked for an explanation, she was told that they were not required to disclose the reason. We were disappointed by the lack of explanation and will not be returning to this property.'
