'Staff was very friendly & quickly checked us in.'

'Lovely property that was about to start a major renovation project. It was beautiful and well maintained up to the minute they were doing renovations. Very impressive. Bar with music is great for lighter dining.'

'Interesting setup around a courtyard '

'The room was clean and everything was available'

'good'

'Ontbijt is standaard Amerikaans. '

'to answer Expedia's questions. What I like about my stay at Star Inn Motel; its close to freeways, highways and right in the middel of the area I need to be. Great rooms, comfy beds every things is clean. They keep upgrading the place. Super staff! What I dont like at staying at Star Inn Motel....nothing really. It is absolutely great. '

'Our kitchen was fully loaded and so useful!'

'Booked a great room, pool and jacuzzi were tabled to be used , free Starbucks vouchers for the morning, vouchers for a breakfast was amazing, The restaurant on site had great service, strong drinks and the food was excellent.Fast service.'

'The only thing I don’t like is that after 11:00pm there’s no physical service desk, and no one afterwards if anything happens in the property no one is there, just a virtual person on a screen from India with a terrible accent who doesn’t act professionally he can be rude and disrespectful.'

'I noticed hallways had quite a bit of debris and should be vacuumed more often'

'This is a no-frills, basic motel run by a family that lives on site. The owner is very responsive to any requests for extra towels, key problems, etc. It’s right next door to a full-size grocery store. It’s freeway close to all sorts of great Orange County spots. I recommend staying at this reasonably-priced place so you can spend more of your vacation $ on adventures, shopping, and dining out rather than on an expensive posh hotel. Also, the beds were nice and firm.'

'Kamers hebben update nodig, hebben een uitgeleefde indruk Hetgeen wel vaker voorkomt bij motels'

'Was genuinely gross bathroom had crazy rush bed board was broken.. not clean at all (even someone’s hat and drug us product in the dresser) I just don’t recommend the outside looks put together but the inside was far from it'

'Number one there was not a washer or dryer available and I did not realize that I went there to chill relax and get rejuvenated not be told by the rude check-in lady that I must submit to getting my room cleaned every three days. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel I will never go back.'
