The floor was filthy, the sheets had a 2 foot rip in the corner that should have been obvious to whoever made the bed. The bathroom door had obviously been punched in a few places and just spackled over. The shower curtain had pink stains on it and a spot that looked like someone wrote their name with a pen. I ordered 2 queen beds and was not informed that the room had a special door that was a small room with the second bed. If I wouldn't have called to ask about only getting one bed, I would not have been informed. The bathrrom andd bedroom room had a doorknob where you poke the center to unlock it from the outside. The curtain was see-through. The fridge was dirty inside so we washed it. I used their shampoo and a few towels to wash their dang floor that was leaving our feet black, which was transferring to the bed when we would sit. Washing me and my kid's feet left a bunch of black gunk in the sink, which was gross. I told the front desk and he said since I was only there for one night and housekeeping already left, then oh well. So oh well, now you have two black towels and you're welcome for the floor finally being washed.
