Appartementen in Overland Park

'This location is in a safe, clean area. The property is well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have stayed here for multiple, long-term business stays where I have enjoyed the ability to utilize a full kitchen to cook meals, providing more of that “at home” feel. Very nice location and property with many amenities. Would recommend for long-term travelers.'

'Worked out great…'

'Travelers beware. Do not let these marketing pictures fool you. This complex must be some type of long term housing. Craters in the parking lot, front porch stoops covered in trash, automotive mechanical work going on out front and people smoking cigarettes out front with their dogs watching your every move, extremely unsettling. 'We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location (walkable to downtown Overland and local pool; peaceful tree-lined streets); the yard (squirrels and bunnies and fireflies); the unit (spacious; clean; well maintained; beds and bathrooms for everyone; great kitchen); and the hosts (responsive, helpful). On top of a perfect rental, everyone that we met in town and in the neighbourhood was just so friendly. 100% recommend!'

'Property was exactly as described and checki-in/out process was a breeze. Host was very responsive in communication. Would definitely stay here again!'

'We had a very pleasant stay. Condo was clean and was located in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Excellent host and response time was wonderful. The unit is spacious with a nice closet area off the bedroom. It is in a nice area, not far from many restaurants, convenience stores, and a mall. We really enjoyed the location and appreciate our host for his hospitality and assistance as needed.'
