'We stayed in a non-smoking twin queen-bed room and the whole hotel and room smelled of smoking. It was terribly difficult to adjust to the smell. The lady at reception for the breakfast was obnoxiously rude and insulting. She asked us to wait for 20 mins but the wait time kept increasing and when it was 30mins I went to politely ask for actual time she rudely told that she used her brain. She is one main reason I will never stay at this property unless I am assured I wont see her again there....
