« The host was very accomodating and even greeted me even though I arrived late. The stay was very relaxing with a great bed that made it hard to wake up in the morning. They thought of everything when it comes to a long term or even short term stay including needs for a pup if you forgot something. The best part for someone traveling with their pup as I was, is that the entire front area is fenced. I greatly appreciated the level accommodations. »

« We really liked this cottage because of the old charm that it had been built in 1923 yet very modernized by the owner. We also love the location, not far from stores, restaurants, etc. very close to I 25 in the Broadmoor hotel, which was our main attraction. We loved Some of the cool creative decor inside of the cottage (see pics) and how friendly the host was. »

« Home was clean and well stocked. The location and view were incredible-an unrestricted view of Pikes Peak from the 3 seasons room. I would definitely stay here again. »

« This was the perfect little stay while we toured the town and nearby college. We had our two teenage daughters with us and the cottage was a perfect, cozy fit. Absolutely beautiful setting, and we loved the personal touches. VHS videos were a big hit! We even got early check-in, which was greatly appreciated for us weary travelers from Alaska. »

« We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

« We loved this cottage and our stay there. Its a beautiful, cozy, cute house with everything you need for a lovely stay. Nikki ‘s attention to detail and folder with lots of info on the area and house are wonderful. And the bed was heavenly! Great location for visiting the redwoods. »
