VRBO owner expecting quality at VRBO rental definitely was a huge disappointment
My husband and I are VRBO owners here in Florida. I can not believe the condition of this unit. We were a party of six and there was only 4 towels so we had to go out and purchase more towels. The comforter in the room with the twin beds smelt like body odor and like it had not been washed. The furniture was not only poor quality but looked like something from a second hand store. The beds were not comfortable at all. The unit itself was not clean and there were several places in the ceiling that looked like there had been a leak of some sort. I took photos as this was not what we expected at all. When guests stay at my unit, it has new clean tile, new beds, and comfortable bedding. It also has a book of instructions for frequently asked questions as well
as a completely stocked kitchen with all of the cooking as well as the small appliances. It seems to me that the person that has this unit does not care about the condition of the unit or amenities. My family should have found a different VRBO altogether. It definitely was not what we had expected at all. For the monies we spent we definitely could have found a cleaner, nicer rental to stay at.
