Our Beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is located in the 5-star Windsor Hills Resort, Just a stone throw away from Disney World. This villa is one of the largest in Windsor Hills! Our home features:

Pro: very spacious, plenty of linen, secure gated community, my family was impressed with the home, crib & strollers in the home to use!!Con: not really a game room, its a garage with unusable pool table (but plenty of options at the community center); queen mattress' were uncomfortable; guests often leave things like detergent or salt/pepper, etc., but the cleaning people removed absolutely everything. None of these cons were very important or required, so its still 5 stars and I would rent again.

The host was courteous and did a good job of ensuring everything was in order. The subdivision and the area were very nice.1. We were very concerned about the air conditioning unit. Despite having to replace the batteries in the unit, it still did not cool the upstairs. Downstairs was very cold, and upstairs, the sleeping rooms were very hot, about 81 degrees.2. Very concerned that there were no cleaning supplies, dish soap, etc. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. We were not informed in advance and had to purchase these items. Extra costs.

This home could use major upgrades. The host is very courteous which I appreciate, however, walking into a hot home then seeing a sign that the temp must stay at 72 or if the AC freezes will receive a fine, was a huge turnoff. Air is essential. He did send out a repairman who was able to fix the issue & got the house cool & comfortable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - very Cheap mattresses & cheap comforters. Bring your own towels although brown towels were provided. The garage where the pool table is located is hot & musty. It needs airing out & a HUMIDIFIER. The largest tv in the living room went out (old) so we had to watch football games on a 20 inch tv, which are in all the bedrooms. So that was a plus. Pool is heated & nice size. Furniture is dingy looking could use major cleaning. Overall, I would not recommend if your looking for modern & like comfort. But the space for multiple families with children, was accommodating.

We (10 people) checked in around 11pm after driving 17 hours, we get into the house and there is black mold in/on every vent, there are large stains in the carpets in the bedrooms, cheapest thin spring mattress on all the beds, one of the king beds had a very musty pillow cases and comforter, the atmosphere was not as advertised either.

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of room and the place had lots of stuff for us too. The kitchen had lots of pans and dishes. I highly recommend staying here. My kids and grandkids loved it too.

Great house for a large group!

This house was perfect for multiple families to use it and still have their own space. The larger bedrooms were separated into different areas of the house, giving privacy but having the option of being together simultaneously. The downstairs layout was perfect, allowing for a large group to gather and eat together. The pool was perfect and the baby equipment was super helpful!

Not worth the

The house is okay on the surface, but don’t count on getting a good nights sleep. The pool is very nice, but the entire place is in general disrepair. Every bed in the house has a cheap spring mattress that squeaks every time you move. Dishes are chipped, frying pans are are old and scraped up, back sliding door doesn’t lock so you have to use a bar lock that is beat up, there is absolutely nothing in the house for you when you arrive so stop at the store for TP, paper towels, hand soap, laundry soap. The towels are cheap and old. We found someone’s dirty underwear in a drawer (didn’t belong to our group). The comforters of the beds are not washed between guests, they are dirty. Pillow cases on two beds had holes in them. If the host pays a cleaning agency then they should change agencies. I hope they consider new mattresses, towels, bed linens, and supplying minimal amenities like TP for future guests.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious

This is a great home, especially if you have a larger group of people. There is plenty of room to spread out and great spaces to get together. We felt very safe and secure in this gated community and the security procedures at the gate. The neighborhood itself was very quiet. The community pool is very nice with big water slides for the kids. We were very close to all of the parks. We will definitely stay here again.

A place to lay your head, not spend your vacation

This property was dingy, dusty, and moldy. It could use a deep clean and some updating. The shower head shot off and hit my nephew in the head whole he was using the shower. The bedding had stains. The pool table had a large rip in it and the provided strollers and pool toys were gross and dirty. Necessities to use the property were not provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. All needed to be purchased at the nearby Walmart. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location in relation to Disney was great. The communication from the property owner was clear and complete.

Great Get Away

We had plenty for room as a family of 11. The neighborhood is beautiful and has plenty of sidewalks for exercise. The home was clean and we enjoyed cooking in the fully furnished kitchen. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the pool and the hot tub overflow did not work as it should have. Ben was very responsive to our concerns and sent out maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location

A very nice home in a great resort property. The house could use some maintenance and is showing its age, but, that is to be expected with a rental property like this. The house was a perfect setup for us as we had 8 adults, 2 young children and an infant and there was always plenty of space. The pool and hot tub in the backyard were big hits with everyone and the public pool, water slide and clubhouse were great for a change of pace. T was nice that we had access to all that. The owner (Ben) was a great communicator and answered all questions quickly.Location was great for families. Close to Disney and all Orlando attractions and only a half hour from the airport. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby too but with that came a lot of traffic. It is often slow getting places until you learn some shortcuts.I would highly recommend this property and this owner,

Excellent Vacation Home

Lots of space for 10 people, clean and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Main resort pool, especially the wade in area, was great for small children. Quiet neighbourhood felt very safe and secure. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Weather was cooler than seasonal so the heat pump heater at the house was not able to run for a few days, though when the weather was above 60F was able to heat the hot tub quickly. Pool took a number of days to full heat.

Wonderful Memories Made Here

We had an amazing stay at this home! The property was spotless and incredibly clean, which made our visit even more comfortable. The community amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to Disney! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we appreciated how well-maintained everything was. This house exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation truly memorable. We’ll definitely be booking this home again for our next Florida getaway!

Our stay was not the best, the house needs cleaning, a lot of dust, a broken lamp in the garage where the pool table is and a gallon of Clorox on the terrace (a danger for children), dirty glasses in the cabinets, the cooler did not work, we could not use the pool because it was never hot even though I paid $ 153.00, (I sent a message to the host and never received a response). We have previously booked in other houses and it has been great (not this one) this time we only enjoyed the parks with the family

Specific areas, (like where floor meets wall could be cleaner . Ceiling fixtures need cleaning. The thing that was not acceptable was the patio door that was so hard to open and the track filthy. One patio chair bent after husband sat in (not overweight) almost breaking which could have injured him. Some of the older Bath towels should be replaced and needed more hand towels and kitchen towels
