The Space:

Enjoy an incredible array of amenities and indulge in a fantastic vacation at Windsor at Westside Resort. Immerse yourself in the ultimate relaxation with an awesome resort-style pool and a magnificent 10,000 sq ft clubhouse. Float along the lazy river while the kids have a blast at the nearby splash pad. When hunger strikes after soaking up the sun, treat yourself to delicious bites at the tiki bar. The main spaces of this 2,265 sq ft, 2-story townhome:



- There’s a main level LIVING ROOM and one on the upper level of the home. Both are outfitted with a comfy sofa and a Smart TV with cable channels with the capability to connect to your own streaming accounts.

- Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters with a breakfast bar with 4 stools. We’ve included a dishwasher to make the clean-up process quick and easy!

- A dining table where you can share good food accompanied by good conversation set next to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the outdoor patio.

- A gorgeous lake view from the lanai makes spending the day at home just as nice as going out and about! A full-width child safety fence is installed in front of the POOL while there are lounge chairs and a dining table so everyone can hang out together.



- Sleeping Arrangements - 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms to accommodate 13 guests as such:

There are 2 levels to the home. Guests will need to climb stairs.



The private pool at the home can be heated for a fee of $50.00 per day. It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in.



A BBQ grill rental is available for use for an additional fee. The propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.



Highchairs and Strollers are available upon request.



We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. Please note these items are not replenished.



There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Excessive required cleaning is considered a double clean and is charged $100.00.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code and instructions will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
