When I bought this reservation it wasn't explained anywhere that my family and I would be staying at the long term stay area of the hotel with no service of cleaning, towels or anything at all.
When I went to the counter the morning employee told me my staying shouldn't be in this area, we were in the wrong side. They didn't change me or do anything to correct their mistake.
They told me they would send new towels because the one's they provided were too small and not enough for us, that the housekeeping lady would come, but nobody did until the last day of our stay. I went to the counter almost 20 minutes before closing, but it was closed anyways. I'm really disappointed with the staying and the way the costumer care is handled. Nothing has been like advertised in the site.
The rooms were so dirty you couldn't walk without shoes or you'll end with literally black feet. The rooms smelled like mold and the air conditioner made terrible noises. The outside area was dirty and a lot of homeless people walking around. Dog poop in the only stairs you have to go up and down.
When trying to shower the handle broke, it was a nightmare. There were electrical cables coming out the wall. I don't recommend this place to anyone, specially if you are traveling with kids. Don't pay attention to the reviews on Expedia and Google the place beforehand (that was my mistake). Don't waste your money or your time in this place.
They charged $25 as deposit, but they haven't refund it yet
