NEW Lakefront Disney Vacation Home

Our beautiful lakefront vacation rental 4 Bedrooms 3 full baths villa is situated in a good looking, prestigious gated resort community called Club Cortile Resort, which is just minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. Our villa is walking distance from great shops and highly rated restaurants. It has easy access to major routes reducing traveling times to major attractions, such as the Kennedy Space Center, and the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches.
Our villa can easily accommodate 11 Adults and 5 kids.
Amenities include outdoor pool, gym, 4000 square foot Clubhouse and activity center, internet/computer room, movie theatre, basketball and tennis courts, and children's play area.
For your comfortable stay we have following amenities in the house ~
1) Kitchen ~ Brand new appliances like Microwave, Gas Range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Coffee maker, Dinner set, cookware set, cutlery set, wine and water glass set, set of spoons, forks, knife etc., first aid kit, Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.
2) Living room ~ Modern Comfy and cozy sofa that convert to a bed, A smart cable TV (200 channels), Free wireless highspeed Internet (wi-fi), Alexa Eco at your service!
3) Patio ~ A place to wind up, relax and enjoy the lake view and fountain, you may sometime have a company of ducks and turtles!
4) Bathrooms ~ Courtesy toilet paper, toilet freshener, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, toothpaste.
5) Laundry Room ~ Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, iron and board.

It was not what I expected , house size was nice . But it did have roaches , I contacted the host about the problems , stated pest control was coming . Pest control did not come , the area was convient for food , gas . Just need more cleaning and better communication.

Fui com meus filhos e netos, todos amaram ❤. O proprietário foi super atencioso e agradável. O imóvel é excelente, bem localizado, confortável e seguro. No condomínio tem piscina e quadras de esporte. O salão de jogos estava fechado devido ao covid. O único problema que tive foi com o aplicativo da VRBO, não funcionou! Tive que resolver todo o processo de agendamento com o proprietário, que me atendeu com excelência e muita atenção. E acionou o administrador profussional.

Needs a good cleaning

The house was in a good location. It was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The fridge handles were sticky and the walls were dingy. The windows looking out to the water was completely covered in green and black scum. Maybe it could have been scrubbed off but I wasn’t paying top dollar to come down on vacation to scrub windows. There wasn’t much for supplies. So bring all your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Only 1 of each is supplied. The towels were all hung in place except a few in the laundry but there were all soaking wet. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. But we made the best of it.

Not the best

My friends and I got to the place with a broken AC unit. We set the temperature down to 70 degrees, yet it stayed at a consistent 81 the entire stay. We then reached out to the owner letting them know the problem, and he immediately sent out an AC guy to come check it out. After the visit, he told us he would have to repair it which would take several days to order the needed part. Nothing could be done about this, so all 11 of us had to sleep in hot, humid air. We were unable to sleep all night because we were sweating like crazy. Aside from this, the townhomes are very close together so there is no space to sit by the patio and talk without having the view of others watching you or closely nearby. We also only received 2 given tide pods for dishes, so we had to hand wash a lot of the leftover dirty ones. I would recommend not staying here with a lot of people; it was very crammed in a tiny space for all 11 of us staying. However aside from this, the owner was very polite and understanding and gets in touch quickly. House was clean and is very standard. Looks just like the pictures.

The accommodations were as advertised. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located. We were unable to take advantage of some of the amenities (pool, for example, which I assume was directly related to the time of year. Communication with the hostess was fine. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic vacation home

Beautiful ambience, exceptional service, spacious house, very luxurious, very beautiful bedrooms, comfy furniture, the mattresses were extremely comfortable too. This place is simply awesome. We loved our stay here. Gauri is very welcoming host. It is also located close to all the parks. We would love to stay here again.

Truly Amazing luxury place

Gauri's place is absolutely stunning. It is exactly as shown in the pictures,very spacious and clean. It is conveniently located near all major amusement parks. Gauri is very prompt in responding and also willing to accommodate to our needs. We really appreciate the hospitality. The check-in and check-out process is also easy and convenient. I definitely recommend this place. This house and the host deserve more than 5 stars.
