If you are looking for the best place to spend your vacations in Kissimmee, Florida, you have found it!!!

Welcome to our condo located in a very quiet and private area at “The Villas at the Seven Dwarfs” featuring resort style living at its finest!

This 24 hour-gated community offers various amenities such as a huge community pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, clubhouse with access to internet, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and tennis court, Tiki-bar, private lake, playground, and a small splash zone for kids.

Great location – 0.5 miles to Sam’s Club, 2 miles to a 24-hour Walmart Super-center, 4 miles to Old Town (Kissimmee), 6 miles to Disney Springs, 7 miles to Outlet Malls, 8 miles to Disney Theme Parks, 12 miles to Sea World, and 13 miles to Universal Studios.

This unit - with parking space right in front of it - is located in a very private (dead-end) area of the resort. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom located in the first floor has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a 42” ROKU TV. Inside the master bedroom closet there is a playpen, highchair, car seat, and stroller available for your convenience. Upstairs are two rooms. Each room has one queen-sized bed and one twin-sized bed. Each of these bedrooms has a 32” TV’s.

There is a washer and dryer unit in the first floor. The kitchen was upgraded on 2019 and it is fully equipped. The condo has HD cable service in all TV’s, free high speed Wi-Fi internet service, and free long distance service calls within USA, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, and The Virgin Islands. In addition, for every guest, we supply some bath soap, dish and laundry soap, and some garbage bags as a courtesy.

This is our second home....let it be your next vacation destination!!!

Excellent location hosted by supportive host. Patricia is available if any comes up - and even checked in with us to ensure everything was okay.Near end of visit - microwave malfunctioned. Patricia had a temporary countertop microwave was available within a couple days - while status of built in was determined.This was our 4th year with this Host - and we very happy with her outstanding support.

Very nice townhouse

Stayed at the property for a week and enjoyed the stay. Shower pressure was good, AC worked great, beds were comfortable and place was very clean with tons of room. Townhouse is located in a gated property with security 24 hrs. There is a large pool, sand volleyball court, tennis/pickleball court and basketball court. There is also a indoor clubhouse.

The house was great. Only thing I had an issue was we thought the pool table was in the house itself. And the tubs were not freshly cleaned. But all in all it was a nice place to stay

great stay close to the park

Property was clean and close to the parks. For some reason the host was contacted by the hoa about a blind in one of the front window missing. The host contacted me and told me about the issue. Upon inspection, it looks like the blind was accidently pulled out of the brackets from a prior guest or houskeeping, because the blind was closed sitting on the sill. I took pictures, put the blind back up and informed the host of the issue. Blind looked ok except for a cracked top slat, and clips for the valance were broken off. I don't think it was an issue. The door sweep came off upon our exiting the unit on the last day. I let the owner know about that as well. So although we had 2 minor incidents during our stay, its not anything that the owner had any control over. I would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and was convenient to the parks. Only thing I thought was a bit much was washing and drying the towels prior to check out, that can make it hard to get out by 10am. I would suggest changing the rental agreement to only starting a wash of the towels and allowing housekeeping to put them in the dryer while cleaning the apartment (which i've seen in multiple other rentals).

Fantastic Area, Condo, and Hostess

We had a fantastic stay at the Villas at Seven Dwarfs. This is our second time at the Villas and the same Condo with a Great Hostess Patricia S. She stays available ( but not hovering ) to ensure any problems encountered- she can solve it for you. We have stayed twice with Patricia and have signed up for a third. Thanks Again Patricia.

Lovely condo on a quiet dead end. We were pleasantly surprised that the common areas seemed better than advertised. Great pool area & splash pad. Tiki bar was very nice and seemed to be always open when we wanted both food and beverage. Responsive manager helped create a great experience!

Amazing place to stay close to Disney

We loved our stay here! This property is close to Disney, great restaurants and shopping. It's also beautifully decorated and cozy and provided our family with everything we needed on our Orlando vacation. And who doesn't love a pool, hot tub, splash pad and playground within walking distance, especially when vacationing with kids?!? We would definitely stay here again!
