Luxurious house at Rolling Hills. 4.5 miles to Disney. Excellent location next to Disney.
Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites w/ en-suite baths. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four sharing a hallway full bath .
TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.
Pool and deck overlook lake.
Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.
Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.
Great location for Disney area vacation.
Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.
* Pool heater subject to weather conditions. Not available if temperature is below 60 °F (15 °C) to prevent the unit from freezing.
Absolute maximum occupancy 8 persons.
Hot Tub heated free of charge. Tiled throughout the house.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets considered -please mention when inquiring $100 per pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable, clean, and inviting and communication with the host was excellent and immediate. The rules and restrictions were not at all overbearing but instead reasonable and understandable. The pool and hot tub were our favorites, they gave us a great opportunity to relax and have fun between times at amusement parks. We would surely stay at this property again!

Thank you letting us stay! The listing was just as described. It was great to come back and relax after spending the day at Universal. We enjoyed the hot tub each night! The kids also really enjoyed playing pool in the garage. Definitely recommend staying here if you want space to spread out and having a nice quiet setting!

This was an absolutely amazing property!! So close to all food and the Disney parks! Walmart and Walgreens also right down the street! It was perfect! The pool and hot tub are also amazing! After a long park day, there’s nothing better than this hot tub and pool.Also, you can watch the fountain from the lake as you soak in the hot tub or relax in the pool! This place definitely made our stay so much more better than we could ever have dreamed of! The hosts are also very responsive and polite as well! Can’t wait til next year to come back!!

We had an amazing week staying here! The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The hosts are so nice and are so quick to respond if you ever need anything or have any questions. They even had a personalized welcome sign when we got there which really added a nice, thoughtful touch to our check in. The location is fantastic! The house overlooks a lake and is the perfect setting for the most incredible sunsets. There are plenty of stores and restaurants conveniently nearby if you should need anything during your stay and plenty of attractions to keep you busy. The house even has a small game room with a pool table, foosball and darts and has some board games, dvds and books for those rainy days. This was such an enjoyable stay for my family and we will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Florida!

Lovely Vacation Home

Me, my husband and 22 yr old son stayed here for the second time. We love the proximity to the parks, the pool and hot tub. I like to walk in the evening and I felt safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. I even met a few neighbors walking their dogs. Had a great stay!

We were beyond impressed by this experience. The house is so nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect also. And the hosts were the kindest and most responsive that we have ever experienced... I would guess we have stayed at around 10 or so VRBOs...with at least 5 in Florida/Beach destinations. I would not hesitate to recommend this home and if we ever find ourselves in Orlando area again...this will be the first place we will try to stay.
