The downstairs area was very spacious with an open concept. The furniture downstairs was very cheap and not sturdy. One of the dining room chairs and bar stool was broken when we arrived. The sofa needed cleaning as well as the dining room chairs. The ice maker did not work. There were stains on the walls throughout the house. There was enough bedrooms for us all, but the mattresses were uncomfortable. The house is a couple of years old, but the overall upkeep of the house is not good. The patio furniture was not sturdy either. When I reached out to the host he responded quickly and said the house had normal wear and tear when I voiced concerns, but for a “new” house it wasn’t “normal” wear and tear. I have rented vacation homes for many years and this house is the lowest on my rating list. This house has potential, but needs a total refresh.
