🔐 Safety & Security
This property has a Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras monitoring the front entry, driveway, and sides. No cameras are inside the home. Cameras record only when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.

RENOVATIONS

We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests' experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.

January/February 2020: Themed bedrooms (Marvel, Princesses & Mickey), new bedding for master bedrooms, 55" smart TVs for master bedrooms, 65" smart TV for living room, new ceiling fans installed in downstairs bedrooms, living room & lanai, new living room furniture, fresh paint in kitchen, dining room, entry way, hallways and living room, kitchen remodel (granite counter tops, tile back splash, new cabinet doors), new cabinet doors in bathrooms, new kitchen table & chairs, new carpeting throughout, dishes, Keurig machine, new linens & towels.

July 2020: Pool converted to a saltwater system, master bedrooms repainted (new furniture ordered and arriving in October).

August 2020: Game room re-themed to Toy Story. Replaced the ceiling fans in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms.

October 2020: New furniture installed in master bedrooms. Both have USB ports for charging electronics. The gray set has built in wireless qi charging spots and LEDs in headboard. Master bathrooms repainted and new artwork installed. Entryway redecorated with new artwork, table and bench. Ring doorbell and outside cameras added for safety.

November 2020: New lighting installed in kitchen and dining room. Auto dusk to dawn switch added to outside lights.

January 2022: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs

June 2022: Air conditioning added to game room.

January 2023: Replaced dining room furniture, Mickey bedroom furniture, Princesses dresser & nightstand and Marvel dresser & nightstand.

September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game to house.

December 2023: Resurfaced pool adding Cinderella’s Castle and fireworks. Painted exterior. New patio furniture.

January 2024: Added a foosball table to the game room
