Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are arranged to sleep up to fourteen guests comfortably. Younger guests will be thrilled by the Star Wars and Disney Princess themed rooms, while the remaining bedrooms offer cozy, well-appointed retreats with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and a TV in every room. Families with little ones will appreciate the crib, pack `n play (available upon request), standalone high chair (available upon request), and baby bath always on-site.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick park-day breakfasts to full family dinners with ease. A GE stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher are all on hand, alongside a coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. A dining table brings everyone together inside, while the outdoor dining area and gas BBQ grill make al fresco evenings easy and enjoyable.

Living spaces
The open living area offers comfortable seating, a 65-inch HDTV with Roku and standard cable, and an ethernet connection for when you need a reliable wired option. A dedicated workspace is available in a common space. Just steps away, the garage has been transformed into a Harry Potter-themed playroom complete with arcade games, dual-hoop basketball, and a foosball table - an ideal retreat for kids and adults alike after a long day out.

The private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, and heated - with temperature performance varying based on weather conditions. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture surround the pool and hot tub, and the gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make it easy to spend entire evenings outside under the Florida sky.

Fast Wi-Fi (verified at 591 Mbps) keeps everyone connected, with 4K streaming and video calls supported on multiple devices. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the villa comfortable year-round. In-unit washer and dryer are free to use, and the villa comes stocked with essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, hangers, iron, and cleaning products. B&B Essentials shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathrooms, along with a bathtub and hair dryer. Children`s dinnerware adds a thoughtful touch for families.

- Is there a fee for using the grill?
Yes! There is a $30 cleaning fee to clean the grill. The propane tank is there, but the responsibility of the guest to fill it if they`d like to use it!

- What is the fee for Pool / Hot tub heat?
Pool heat and Spa heat will be $130 for 3 nights and $10 for every night extra

- Are the community pools heated year-round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!

- What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.

- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

- Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes, and the activities change monthly!

- Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults (Prices may
change**). Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are
specials too.

- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.

- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.

- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
