Sleeping arrangements
Six imaginatively themed bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests. On the first floor, a Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom features a king-sized bed. Upstairs, the Avengers bedroom offers a king bed with its own ensuite bath, while the Peter Pan room holds a queen bed. The Harry Potter bedroom adds another king bed with ensuite bath, and the Beauty and the Beast and Transformers rooms each include two single beds. Every bedroom has a flat-screen smart TV, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage, so winding down after a park-filled day is simple.

Bathrooms
Five full bathrooms mean no morning queues. The first-floor bath features a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the Avengers ensuite includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower, while the Harry Potter ensuite adds a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two additional shower/tub combo bathrooms serve the remaining rooms. Hair dryers, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a starter supply of toiletries are provided.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a GE stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, bread maker, blender, hot water kettle, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. Wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are also on hand. The dining table seats eight - enough to gather the whole group for breakfast before hitting the parks or a slow dinner after a full day out. A high chair is available for younger guests.

Living areas
The main-floor living room is set up for easy movie nights with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Upstairs, a Star Wars-themed lounge creates a second hangout space with its own TV and sofa - handy when the group splits. Scheduled family activities and shuttle service to the clubhouse are also available. Housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost - available 3 hours a day, 4 days a week. EV charging is on-site, and free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.

Location
Old Town is about 10 minutes away, Disney World around 13 minutes, and Universal Studios approximately 22 minutes from the front door. Lake access is available via a path or dock, and a laundromat is nearby. Whether your group is park-hopping every day or splitting time between the pool and the resort, this location keeps everything within easy reach.
