Located just 15-20 minutes from Disney. escape to our first floor double bed condo located in our resort style gated community where luxury and comfort meet. Our double bed condo is the epitome of luxury featuring 2 12inch memory foam full size beds with a plush leather headboard to relax against while watching your favorite streaming program on the 65- inch TV. Guests also have access to a full- size shower/tub combo, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

Relax and unwind with your favorite streaming services on the 65 -inch smart TVs in either the bedroom or living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including pots, a knife set and a Keurig coffee maker to start your day with a fresh cup of coffee. We also have as assortment of teas.
Cozy -up on the comfortable luxury furniture and watch your favorite movies on the 65-inch smart TV.

This was the perfect property for our stay. It was a safe location and well stocked kitchen and the pictures and write up were accurate. We enjoyed our stay!!

Host attempted to charge us pet fees for service animals, which is illegal. And then would not respond to messages for over a month. Never sent us the property info for checkin, so we had to flounder and find another accommodation once we arrived in town. Vrbo could not get ahold of host either. Horrific communication, totally messed with our whole experience and budget, finding last minute hotel elsewhere.

We checked in and had no AC- we contacted the host via messenger through the app with no response . No number on file to call. I contacted VRBO and they had to email the host as there was no number to call. We finally left a few hours later and checked in to another place . I did receive phone call from the host at 7pm that were sending a tech out . I told her we checked out and that I had a medical condition that will flare due the excessive heat - it was almost 80. She told me that she would take care of everything and she was very apologetic.I never received a message saying it was fixed as I didn’t expect her too - she knew we checked out . The host will not refund the money even after escalation with VRBO. So I hate to leave a bad review - but this is the first time I could not get a hold of the host as any host should be on high alert when guests are checking in . As for the property- it’s ok- definitely a lot construction going on- it’s not in the best place of town for sure , but we would have fulfilled our obligation for the rental if the ac had not been broken . Be aware there are very noisy people upstairs, but we would have not left for that reason, but it should be known. I sounded lke kids- this is a very residental area with tenants. The area is not close to everything and you can see the change in the landscape as there is nothing high end as far as housing. I would not rent this place again , even with ac. You get what you pay for .

Thankfully we only needed the place to stay for a night. The yellow tag that was required to be in the vehicle, we were told it could be used to enter through the gate without having to go back to the gatebox. That was false, we still had to go through the process of stating my name, giving the condo number and showing my license. We noticed that there was crumbs left on the couch. The cleanliness wasn't there. I would recommend putting in the listing there's construction becuase that was a real inconvenience along with the family that was loud upstairs. Just be transparent that you have very thin walls.

En entrant, le condo ne sentait pas très frais. Ensuite, il n'était pas très propre, nourriture sur le tapis, jouet en dessous du lit, lingette humide dans la douche qui traînait. J'ai voulu passer le balai mais il était sale. Lorsque j'ai voulu laver mon linge, la laveuse était sale, on a du laver la laveuse avant de l'utiliser. La sécheuse fonctionnait mal, on devait l'a repartir toutes les 10 minutes. On nous a laissé 4 serviettes pour 5 personnes et 3 nuits. Une note avait été laissé mentionnant que le robinet était lousse mais utilisable, il était complètement brisé et nous tombait dans les mains. L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisées, on entend les gens parler dehors. En haut, des enfants sautaient sur le plancher jusqu'à 10h le soir. Il n'y a absolument rien de luxueux et je ne recommande pas du tout.

The host was very responsive and informative. Location was great but under construction with several construction workers working right outside on the exterior of the apartment. My only suggestion would be to bring your own blackout curtains for the bedroom window as the bedroom window faces the porch, and the porch light is extremely bright at night with no ability to turn it off. I ended up tying blankets up to the curtain rod so it wasn’t night as day while trying to sleep. Once that was taken care of, I thoroughly enjoyed the place! Would go back again.

Apartment is nicely decorated. WIFI and WIFI enabled TV worked well. VRBO Host was always available for any questions.

Nice place, big enough for just the two of us. We needed to be close to the Kissimmee airport and it was only a 7 minute drive. No real traffic to deal with. Pools close at 8 everyday, which was too early for us, because this was a work trip and we didn't get home until around 7. Be ready to go at 8AM, because that's when the construction noise begins. Kitchen could use a can open and ice trays.

The construction and noise was too much. Also, the lock continued to lock back so fast before I could close the door (that was a struggle)…also, the property was not clean as it should have been. Someone left their shirt and an empty grocery bag in the computer chair and I also seen a roach (I killed it). Also, I did not care for the sheer curtains. I don’t like sunlight much at all. Overall, the noise was too much and it was so easy to hear neighbors and others right outside.

Short Getaway

The access into gate was very easy, property and unit was very clean. Inside unit is top notch… anything we had need of was right there, from coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet tissue, pods u name it.
