Kid Friendly Home W/Pool in Gated Community,10 Min. to Disney

If you are an early riser, you may catch the hot air balloons as they go over the house while having your coffee on the lanai.
You can leave the parks early for a lunch break and sit in the living room and watch the kids swim in the private pool (HEATED for an ADDITIONAL $20.00 + tax PER DAY). Let us know if you want pool heat before booking. You can let the little ones nap while you relax out on the lanai and enjoy the sun before heading back to the parks for the evening activities. Three bedrooms, master with king bed, second room with queen bed and kids room with twin bunks and twin bed (kids room sleeps 3).
The outdoor kitchen area with a sink, built in gas grill (please don't leave it a mess) and side burner is a great place to make dinner. Relax and enjoy your stay.

The owner was fantastic and communicated Everytime we had a question. The home was very clean and there were clear rules and instructions. My 3 year old daughter loved the room. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed staying each day. Overall everything was perfect. Would recommend. We definitely would like to book another stay. Thank you again to the homeowner.

Lovely Stay & Great Location

The property is great, just as pictured, and wonderful for families with little kids. Comfortable beds and the kids absolutely loved the loft room. There is an alarm on the sliding glass door to alert adults if a child goes out to the pool area. The best part of our stay was our host, Pat. Unforeseen circumstances affected our travel plans and she was so kind and accommodating. Great communication from start to finish!

Fun Family Home Close to Disney

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Our kids loved all the little touches that catered to them (especially the loft and pool). It is a nice neighborhood and is a quick, easy trip to all the Disney Parks. Definitely recommend it!

Lovely Place, Good Location

Lovely villa and really enjoyed the stay. Was nice having our own pool, don’t need a heater as it was a great temperature (Mid July Visit). Perfect size for 2 parents, a 20 yr old and a 15 yr old. Location was good but without a car you would be stranded. Would recommend and stay there again. Only improvement would be the TV for the evenings as the reception was hit and miss due to the TV antenna. There was options to watch Roxi and some other channels but would have preferred normal US channels. Except from that which is extremely minor as you are out and about most of the time it was a great accommodation. 4.9/5 stars. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your villa.

Dunbars do Florida

The property was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and well layed out. It had everything that you would have needed. It was a home from home. The local shops and resteraunts, Disney & Seaworld etc where within a short drive and the gated community was very freindly. The pool is larger than it looks and the kids loved it. Great location for Disney

Perfect villa for our Orlando stay, really close to Disney which enabled us to avoid paying out for a rental car for the 10 days we stayed - we used Lyft the whole time instead. The property was in a lovely quiet gated area with a great pool with plenty of space for the family to spread out. The evenings were so peaceful sitting outside watching the sun go down with a drink or two. The kids absolutely loved their bedroom / play room and were very sad to leave. I would definitely book this property again if we decide to visit Disney again.

The Perfect Location

Patsy's house is the perfect location for a Disney vacation! For the second year in a row we brought our grandkids down from NC and WI and stayed here! Location is so close at night you hear fireworks from Magic Kingdom. Close to Publix and Target. The pool and entire house was awesome and communication is top notch!

Great place to go with kids

We had an incredible Disney vacation at this house. The owner did an incredible job taking into account the needs of any parent with young kids. The house has toys, Disney decorations all around and a wonderful pool. We had an small problem with the refrigerator and the owner took care immediately. Communication was so great! If we come back yo Disney we will remember this house. Thanks!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was convenient to Disney World and many restaurants and shopping. We loved the pool at the end of a long day at Disney. The home was well equipped and had lots of things for a child. If you like firm mattresses, you will like the beds. Unfortunately we are soft bed people and it took a few days to adjust. Our only complaint would be that the fridge and freezer did not work.

The house is just as described. The owners hospitality was out of the world and she was quick to respond to questions. The house had everything you needed plus more. The kids room had books, toys, and games. The pool was even better in person. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely be returning when in the area if available.

Pros and Cons

The house is exactly as described and has everything you need. It is a little bit older home. When we arrived the fridge was not working. The owner quickly responded to my text and someone came the next day to fix it. In reality the fridge never got cold so we had to move things from the fridge to the freezer but we had a short stay so no big deal. What bothered me the most was the fact that my children were playing in the pool with my husband and the neighbor came out to yell to keep it down. It was Sunday at 5pm. This was not late at night and it wasn’t like there was a party going on. They were kids being kids playing in the pool. Then she wrote to the owner to say that we were being loud at night and for us to be respectful. We are always respectful and it was rude of the neighbor to infringe on our vacation.
